- 1 large cubed onion
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 head cabbage

1Brown sausage with onion, salt and pepper.

2Drain all grease. Cut up (sliver) cabbage over sausage and onion.

3Steam until cabbage is slightly crunchy (10 minutes).

4In separate skillet, scramble 6 eggs in small amount of margarine; salt and pepper. Place scrambled eggs over cabbage, sausage and onions and serve immediately with hot biscuits.
