- 2 14 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 12 cups cornmeal
- 34 cup uncooked oats
- 13 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 34 cups beef broth
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients and make a well in the middle of the mixture.

2Whisk together the broth, oil and 1 egg.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Whisk until a soft dough forms.

5Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

6Cut into dogbone shapes.

7Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

8Whisk together remaining egg and Worcestershire sauce.

9Brush on cookies.

10Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.

11Turn oven off and let cookies stand in the oven with the door closed for 2 more hours.
