- Chicken Drumsticks-I usually do 30 pounds at a time. Bought at Sam's Club.
- Brine:
- 14 Qts. of Water.
- 2 cups of Koscher Salt
- 2 cups lemon juice, from concentrate.
- 1/4 cup Pepper
- 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
- 1 cup olive oil.
- Brine in a 10 gallon ziplock bag on ice in a cooler for 24 hours.
- Drain, coat with Tony's, to taste. Grill until brown. Put in foil pan, cover with foil, put in covered grill, or oven at 250-300 degrees for an hour.
Directions

1Wash chicken legs, then brine for 24 hours. Make sure you keep the chicken cold. Use appropriate precautions with chicken.
