- 16 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 lb. cream cheese (4 oz.), cut into cubes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups grilled chicken or steak, cut in strips (optional)
