Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can hot tamales
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Drain tamales, reserving sauce.

2Slice tamales crosswise; set aside.

3In mixing bowl combine tamale sauce, flour, chili powder and garlic salt.

4Add corn, eggs, olives and tamales.

5Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

8Cut into squares.

9Serves 4.
