- 2 c. white corn meal
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. water
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium sized onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. Williams chili mix
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1To prepare mush, bring 4 cups water and 2 teaspoons salt to a boil in a large soup pot.

2In a large bowl, add corn meal to 2 cups cold water; mix until smooth.

3Add this mixture to the boiling water and cook on medium heat until thick, about 10 minutes, stirring often.

4Cover with lid; cool only enough to handle it.
