  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (with beans)
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tamales
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a 2-quart casserole, combine creamed corn, chili with beans, tamales and shredded cheese. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 375°.

    Stir.

    Sprinkle top with 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Bake 10 more minutes. Garnish with shredded lettuce and ripe olives.
