   Cook and drain beef.

   Add taco seasoning, mix well.

   Add diced tomatoes, corn, stir and simmer for 30 minutes.

   Pour into baking dish.

   Prepare Jiffy corn mix according to directions. Pour over top of meat mixture.

   Bake at 400 degrees until done.
