- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sweet chocolate, melted or chocolate frosting
- 1 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Beat eggs with electric mixer until thick and lemony. Gradually add sugar.

2While beating, add milk and vanilla.

3Blend dry ingredients together and fold into egg mixture by hand.

4Blend ingredients well, then pour into greased and floured 13 x 15-inch pan.

5Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

6Spread peanut butter over hot cake.

7When cool, cover with melted chocolate or chocolate frosting.
