- 1 c. scalded milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lb. bar chocolate
Directions

1Melt butter in scalded milk; set aside.

2Mix eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar, flour and baking powder in bowl.

3Add milk mixture. Use electric beater.

4Pour in greased jelly roll pan (I put foil in bottom of pan to make cutting easier).

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6While hot, spread peanut butter over cake.

7Cool. Melt chocolate and stir in one spoon of peanut butter as melting. Ice over cake.

8Cool before cutting.
