- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 tsp. Tang
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cream sugar and Crisco.

2Add eggs.

3Add dry ingredients and mix well.

4Press 3/4 of dough into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Mix together in a saucepan the pineapple, Tang, sugar, cornstarch and nuts.

6Cook until thick.

7Pour filling over dough, spreading evenly.

8Drop remaining dough in spots over filling.
-
9Bake at 350° for 27 minutes.
