  • 1 can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can chunky mixed fruit, drained
  • 1 can pear halves, drained and cut up
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Tang (regular, not sugar-free)
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding

Directions

    Make dressing for salad using reserved pineapple juice; dissolve Tang in juice.

    Add instant pudding to juice.

    Stir until smooth.

    Mix fruits in bowl; add dressing and stir well. Refrigerate.
