  • 50 each flour tortillas (12 inch)
  • 1 gal. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 300 to 400 each Fresh spinach leaves
  • - roast beef, sliced
  • 3 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 qt. roasted red peppers, quartered
  • 1-1/2 qt. Toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped

Directions

    For each serving: Spread 1 side of tortilla with 1/4 cup of the dressing; cover with 1 oz.

    of the spinach leaves, 4 oz.

    of the beef, 1/4 cup of the onions and 1/4 cup of the peppers.

    Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.

    of the walnuts.

    Fold sides of tortillas in 2 inches; roll up tightly from bottom.

    Cut diagonally in half to serve.
