- 1/2 c. water
- 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Directions

1Place water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.

2Add bouillon cube, stirring until dissolved.

3Add Brussels sprouts; return to a boil.

4Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.

5Drain.

6Add onion and vinegar; stir gently.

7Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
