  • 4 chicken breasts, skin removed or chicken cutlets (use mallet to tenderize)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. thyme, garlic powder and marjoram
  • 2 or more Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. honey (can add more if necessary)

Directions

    Mix ingredients; marinate chicken for one hour.

    Put in broiler for 10 minutes or so.
