- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 c. canned, chopped tomatoes (drain some of juice off)
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken or chicken breasts, cut into pieces with skin removed
- spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, saute onion, garlic and herbs in olive oil. Stir in tomatoes, catsup, vinegar, bouillon and pepper.

2Add chicken.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.

5Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
