- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 1/2 lb.)
- 6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish coated with no-stick cooking spray.

2In a small bowl, combine lemonade, honey, mustard, thyme and lemon juice, mix well.

3Pour half over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4Turn chicken and pour remaining sauce on top.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
