  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruits
  • 2 large bananas, cut in 1/2-inch slices and tossed in 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large apple, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding (I use small box)
  • 3 Tbsp. Tang mix

Directions

    Whisk together pudding mix, Tang and reserved pineapple juice. Toss with fruit.
