- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 (No. 2) can (22 oz.) Lucky Leaf lemon pie filling
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, rolled oats, baking soda and salt.

2Cut in shortening.

3Press half of this dry mixture in bottom of a well buttered square 9-inch cake pan.

4Cover with Lucky Leaf lemon pie filling.

5Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over the top.

6Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes.
