- 5 or few more yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. thinly, sliced green onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Combine the squash, onion, green pepper and celery in a large mixing bowl; toss lightly.

2Combine wine vinegar, salt, pepper, salad oil, cider vinegar and garlic; stir well.

3Spoon over vegetables.

4Chill about 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
