Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca

Directions

    Beat egg whites until they form peaks.

    Add 1/2 of the sugar and beat.

    Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and tapioca.

    Cook and stir until it comes to a full boil.

    Cool and add vanilla, almond and pineapple.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Serves 6.
