- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
Directions

1Beat egg whites until they form peaks.

2Add 1/2 of the sugar and beat.

3Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and tapioca.

4Cook and stir until it comes to a full boil.

5Cool and add vanilla, almond and pineapple.

6Fold in egg whites.
