- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 egg white
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix tapioca, 3 tablespoons of sugar, salt, egg yolk and milk in saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.

2Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

3Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until foamy.

4Gradually add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat until soft peaks form.

5Add the tapioca mixture.
