- 5 Tbsp. tapioca
- 9 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs, separated
Directions

1Put tapioca, cornstarch and 5 tablespoons sugar in saucepan and mix.

2Add yolks to milk and then to the dry ingredients.

3Beat egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar; set aside.

4Cook 8 minutes until boiling; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

5Pour into whipped egg whites. Fold in until mixed.
