- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 3/4 c. milk (may use 2% milk)
- 1 egg, well beaten (may use 1/4 c. egg substitute)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in a saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.

2Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Cool 20 minutes.

6Stir.

7Spoon into dishes.
