- 50 grams Tarako
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Shiso leaves
Directions

1Remove the sack of the tarako and mix with butter and lemon juice.

2Boil the pasta.

3Finely julienne the shiso leaves and soak in water.

4Squeeze out the moisture.

5Add the boiled pasta to Step 1 and mix together.

6Transfer to a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
