  • 180 grams Spaghetti
  • 50 grams Tarako
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Shiso leaves

    Remove the sack of the tarako and mix with butter and lemon juice.

    Boil the pasta.

    Finely julienne the shiso leaves and soak in water.

    Squeeze out the moisture.

    Add the boiled pasta to Step 1 and mix together.

    Transfer to a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
