- 4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick (about 2 lb.)
Directions

1Combine butter and lemon juice in custard cup.

2Microwave on High until butter melts.

3Arrange salmon steaks in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Brush with lemon butter.

5Microwave 14 to 16 minutes on Medium or until fish flakes easily.
