  • 180 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 small sacs Tarako
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 1 dash each Salt and pepper
  • 1 drizzle Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 to 4 Shiso leaves

Directions

    Put all the ingredients except for the spaghetti and shiso leaves in a bowl and mix together.

    Shred the shiso leaves and keep in a separate container.

    Mix the cooked spaghetti with the combined ingredients from Step 1.

    Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.

    Add the shredded shiso leaves and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.
