- 3 c. cooked, mashed taro (hot)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- water
Directions

1Combine taro, baking powder and sugar and a small amount of water.

2Mix until smooth, form into small cakes with wet hands. Place on buttered pan.

3Make a small depression in each cake and press in a generous amount of butter.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
