- 180 g eggs
- 150 g icing sugar
- 300 g flour
- 30 g powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 440 g taro root
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Cut in butter and mix in oil.

4Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 2 inch circles.
