- 7 Satoimo (taro root)
- 7 slice Bacon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
Directions

1Peel the satoimo (taro root) and lightly wash. Microwave with a small amount of water to soften.

2Drain and roughly mash.

3Make 13-14 patties and wrap with bacon.

4Combine the ingredients.

5Turn on the heat to medium-low.

6Place the wraps joint-side down and fry without touching.

7When the bacon sticks to the satoimo, flip, and fry the other side the same way.

8Once the both sides are cooked, add the mixture of combined seasonings.

9Turn up the heat to medium and coat the wraps with the sauce.

10Fry until they become lustrous, then it's done.
