- 1 lb. pkg. green peas
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 c. cream
Directions

1Cover peas with a little water and cook until crisp-tender and still a bright green.

2Do not overcook.

3Drain and add butter, salt, sugar and tarragon to the pan.

4Toss gently.

5Pour cream over the peas; heat through and serve.

6Serves 6 to 8.
