  • 4 loin pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
