- 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 recipe Basic Omelet
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, cook carrots, covered, in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add broccoli.

2Cover and cook about 10 minutes more or until tender.

3Remove from heat.
