  • 20 oz rice or white wine vinegar
  • 3 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 inch strip lemon zest
  • 1 clean bottle or jar
  • 1 clean bamboo skewer (optional)

Directions

    Place tarragon sprigs in bottle

    Place garlic and lemon zest in bottle - I thread mine midway on a bamboo skewer so they don't just lay on the bottom

    Fill bottle with vinegar to cover

    Let steep 2 weeks, keep indefinitely
