  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1 to 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon
