  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 rashers bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
  • 1 small salad onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Prick pastry well with a fork.

    Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 minutes or until pastry is light brown.

    Mix Philly*, sour cream, salt and pepper.

    Spread Philly* mix to within 1 cm of edge.

    Top with bacon, onion slices and grated cheese.

    Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes until pastry is golden and onions are cooked.
