- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 450F.

2After refrigerating the dough, prick it all over with a fork.

3Combine the sugar and cream and spread the mixture over the bottom of the dough.

4Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5Bake until the crust is golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes; cool completely before serving.

6Use 1/2 cup brown sugar creamed with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons butter.

7Omit the cream and cinnamon and proceed as directed.
