- 3 tsp. Worcestershire
- 3 tsp. creamy horseradish
- 4 oz. ketchup
- 1 c. minced onion or powder to taste
- 1 to 2 tsp. Accent or other seasoning powder
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add beef and water to kettle.

2Mix condiments in cup and add to meat.

3Add onion, salt and pepper and Accent.

4Stir constantly on medium heat and brown.

5Cook on low heat, simmering in flavor. Drain juice before serving on buns.
