  • 1 recipe biscuit dough
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Roll 3/4 of the dough to fit 2-quart casserole.

    Brown and drain hamburger and onion.

    Add catsup, Tabasco sauce and water to the meat.

    Pour meat mixture onto dough.

    Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Top with remaining dough.

    Seal and cut vents.

    Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes.
