Ingredients

  • 5 blackberries
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 ounces amontillado sherry
  • 1 ounce Black Tea Gin (see Note)
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 thyme sprig and 1 lavender sprig, for garnish

Directions

    In a pint glass, muddle 4 blackberries with the lemon wedge.
  2. 2
    Add the sherry, Black Tea Gin, Simple Syrup and crushed ice and stir well.
  3. 3
    Pour into a chilled wineglass and garnish the drink with the remaining blackberry and the thyme and lavender sprigs.
