- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook frozen broccoli, omitting salt.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Place broccoli in baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch).

4Stir together the soup and shredded cheese.

5Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture.

6Pour over broccoli.

7Combine bread crumbs and margarine.

8Sprinkle over soup mixture.

9Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
