  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Mix egg, milk and vanilla.

    Combine with flour and mix well.

    Chill for about 1 hour, then roll out and cut.

    Cook in a 250° oven.
