- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. bran flakes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (3 pkg.)
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. raisins, finely cut
Directions

1Stir flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together, then add bran flakes.

2Beat egg and add water, Sweet 'N Low and salad oil. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing as little as possible.

3Add raisins.

4Line muffin pans with paper liners and divide batter evenly in 12 muffin cups.

5Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
