- 2 cups black tea (or Chai if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup milk (I use Van. Soy Milk)
- sugar
- ice

1Steep tea to desired taste.

2Add tea, milk, sugar and ice to blender.

3Blend until smooth.

4NOTE: Let the tea cool before you pour it in, otherwise it will just be iced tea with milk -- which is good too, but not a smoothie.
