- 1 lb. prunes
- 1 seedless orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon
- water
- 4 tea bags or 1 Tbsp. instant tea
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Place prunes, orange and lemon slices and cinnamon in a saucepan; add enough water to cover.

2Simmer, covered, 45 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Add tea and brew 5 minutes; remove tea bags and cinnamon.

4Add sugar and stir carefully until sugar is dissolved. Serve warm or chilled.

5Makes 6 servings at 188 calories per serving.
