  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces of fresh lime sweet and sour mix (see Note)
  • 2 ounces of Patron Silver Tequila
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions

    In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi with the simple syrup.

    Add sweet and sour mix, tequila, and ice.

    Shake well and double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

    Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
