Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust (deep dish)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 16 oz. well drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. well drained halved maraschino cherries
  • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice cream and mix until dissolved.

    Refrigerate until slightly thickened (approximately 30 minutes).

    Fold in remaining ingredients (except kiwi fruit). Pour into pie shell.

    Garnish with sliced kiwi fruit.
