- 1/2 to 1 c. cold water
- 2 to 4 c. polyunsaturated oil (for frying)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 6 c. fresh veggies, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Directions

1Stir together flour and baking powder in a bowl.

2Add tamari sauce, water and egg.

3Stir until smooth (if too thick, add more liquid).

4Pour oil into a large pan or wok heated to 375°.
