  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • Sea salt
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges

    Cut the tough and fibrous bottoms off the asparagus and peel stems with a vegetable peeler.
