- 1 pinch salt
- 1 to 2-inch deep vegetable oil
- sliced vegetables (potato, onion, green pepper, carrot, yam, 1/4-inch thick or less)
Directions

1At first drop egg into bowl then water, flour, baking powder and salt (all together).

2Mix until moist like a soft dough.

3Next slice vegetables; dip into dough.
